WORKING MEETING MARKING THE HANDOVER OF THE PRESIDENCY OF THE SOCIETY OF FOREIGN CONSULS IN NEW YORK

A working meeting was held at the Consulate General of Georgia in New York between the outgoing President of the Society of Foreign Consuls in New York, Consul General of Georgia Maia Bartaia, and the newly elected President of the Society, Consul General of the Republic of Serbia, Dr. Vladimir Božović.

During the meeting, the official handover of the presidency was conducted, along with a review of the administrative and technical matters necessary to ensure the continued efficient functioning of the Society.

Particular attention was devoted to discussions on the Society's upcoming strategic priorities and future activities, with the aim of further strengthening cooperation among diplomatic and consular missions, advancing international dialogue, and promoting joint initiatives that contribute to the work and mission of this distinguished organization.

The meeting was held in a cordial and constructive atmosphere, with both sides expressing confidence in the continued successful cooperation and further development of the Society of Foreign Consuls in New York.
