20. Jul 2025.
On Sunday, July 20th, at the Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Cathedral in Pittsburgh, His Grace Irinej, Bishop of Eastern America, Washington, and New York, served the Hierarchical Divine Liturgy and a memorial service (Parastos) for the members of the Serbian National Federation.

This solemn act of prayer, with the concelebration of clergy and the presence of numerous faithful and diaspora representatives from across the United States, symbolically marked the conclusion of the three-day “Serbian Heritage Days” manifestation, in the spirit of faith, unity, and pride.⠀

“Today, we served a memorial for all the founders and pillars of the Serbian National Federation, from Mihajlo Pupin and Nikola Tesla to all the known and unknown, and prayed for their souls, which, through our prayers, remembrance, and gratitude, rejoice and strengthen us to endure the trials of our time. Serbia lives in every generation of our people in the diaspora, in prayer, language, culture, and love for the homeland,” stated Consul General Vladimir Božović, PhD.
