It was my pleasure to welcome His Excellency Mr. Aleksei Markov, the newly appointed Consul General of the Russian Federation in New York, on his first official courtesy visit.
Our meeting was held in a warm and collegial atmosphere, with mutual commitment to further develop and strengthen the cooperation between our diplomatic and consular missions in New York.
