Ambassador Dr. Vladimir Božović, Consul General of Serbia and President of the Society of Foreign Consuls in New York, attended the second annual “Beacon of Hope” dinner at Casa Cipriani, at the invitation of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, and the parish priest of St. Nicholas Church at Ground Zero.

According to the organizers’ program, the evening honored the courage and resilience of the Ukrainian people, sharing messages of peace, hope, and solidarity.

Seated at the head table with the Archbishop, representatives of the Vatican’s Permanent Mission to the UN, Ukraine’s Ambassador to the UN, and faith leaders, Ambassador Božović supported stronger dialogue, international cooperation, and the universal values of peace and human dignity.
