Consul General, Vladimir Božović, attended the opening of the exhibition Lens on a Century: Documentary Photographic Albums From the Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Collections of The Hoover Institution Library & Archives, Stanford University, held at the Harriman Institute. The exhibition, curated by Edward Kasinec, offers a unique insight into the history of the Slavic, East European, and Eurasian regions through a selection of rare photographic albums spanning from the late 19th century to the post-World War II era. These albums, part of Hoover Institution’s extensive archival collection, provide a visual narrative of historical events and everyday life across the Balkans, the Caucasus, Central and Eastern Europe, and beyond.
